What is the Chinese Journalistic Professionalism functioning as the core spirit of the professional community integration and professional individual’s personality? This problem still remain unsolved. Under this background, the concept of Developmental Journalistic Professionalism has been put forward from the view of the current Chinese journalistic practice to summarize and construct Chinese Professionalism of Journalism as an attempt to solve the construction of the Chinese Journalistic Professional Community.In search of the possibility of construction of the Chinese Professionalism of Journalism from the view of the journalistic practice, the initial step is to summarize and analyze the continuously developing idea of Professionalism of Journalism. This research will introduce the sphere frame of Daniel Hallin so as to study into the Chinese Journalism’s value sphere.This research will divide the sphere of the Professionalism of Journalism into two spheres, Sphere of Legitimate Controversy and Sphere of Deviance. In Sphere of Legitimate Controversy, the study will commence with the starting pointing of the Identity and discuss the idealism in journalism. Beyond the blurry boundary lies Sphere of Deviance, in which the concept of anomie has been accepted and formed the "Second Boundary". Thus, the boundary of Professionalism of Journalism has been blurry. What’s more, beyond the sphere of Professionalism of Journalism, with the help of the market power, the discourse of Internet is attempting to change the sphere of journalistic professionalism through the redefining the journalistic professional identity.In conclusion, under the waves of the globalization and Internet, the idealism of professional journalism based on the traditional media and values has now changed. Facing the corruption of the Internet and capital, the problem and necessity of construction of the Professional Journalism has become severe. Though the Professionalism of Journalism as defending the barrier of the journalistic professional community is crashing, the Professionalism of Journalism has to be built. In this circumstance, the Professionalism of Journalism has now become a multi-power-competing sphere, and also a result of compromise. The current regulation has now in a place of "vacuum". In this process, the members of the journalistic professional community are experiencing a transition of the individual career value and idea. The previous "Idealism of Journalism" has faded. The job related satisfaction has declined. The journalistic professional community is now experiencing the outflow of talent and lack of firm identity cognition of the value of this profession. Every coin has two sides. On the other hand, where there is risk, there is hope and opportunity.
