The concept "non-fiction writing" was introduced in journalism in recent years and has attracted constant attention and aroused discussions.The object of this paper is the practitioners on internet media Tencent "Guyu" project,a non-fiction writing platform.The author conducted in-depth interviews with the above-mentioned practitioners by means of snowball sampling,focusing on their understandings and interpretations of "non-fiction writing"."Non-fiction writing" in journalism is an innovation in styles and still lies in a primary stage,which provides a new perspective on the professionalism construction of certain fields in Chinese journalism.Based on previous researches in journalism professionalism in China,the author set up the framework of the paper with three external factors that influence the construction of journalism professionalism:political power,business power and cultural power.The objective is to discuss how journalism professionalism in the field of "non-fiction writing" is constructed,and what the internal differences are in the industry.The author concluded with the research that there are significant problems in the construction of professionalism in "non-fiction writing" against the journalistic backdrop.Examples as the apparent tendency to personalization and insufficient attention in publicity can be named.In the meantime,professionalism in this field is constantly developing,which is highly related to the shared literature background of Chinese journalists.
