Recently, the information construction of the countrywide court has made some achievements. However, the development of the information construction of the courts in the East and the West is unbalanced. With the feature of closure and different standards of the information management systems developed by district court, it is difficult to do the sharing, integration and management of the information of the countrywide law case. Therefore, the project team decided to develop a unified court case information management system.Based on the above background, the development of a new case management information system is urgently needed. The requirements of the whole system includes intelligent filling information and automated management process of the case. For the civil part, it requires different management for different sources and diffenrent types of the case so that the latter will be convenient for big data analysis and reporting statistics. The system has four major modules:closing the case, divisional, trial closed. In order to ensure the transmission of information and software development throughout the courts of consistency, the system uses B/S mode architecture developed Java-based open platform; based development methods and technology to build SOA interfaces. Entire civil case management system include:civil cases of first instance subsystem, the subsystem civil cases of second instance, the civil retrial subsystem, the subsystem special procedures in civil, civil bankruptcy subsystems and civil security subsystem.Firstly elaborate information management subsystem development background in civil cases as well as the importance of the system to handle cases of judges of the Court of efficiency. Secondly, this thesis introduces the implementation of the system using a parallel comparison to the technology selection and technology associated with between. Finally, this thesis developed using software engineering major theoretical guidance systems:requirements analysis, preliminary design and detailed design, coding and testing.
