Design And Realization Of Enterprise Administration Management Information System Based On J2EE

In today’s world, with the rapid development and widely used of network and computer technology, all walks of life are enjoyed by its convenient and quick. In the information age, the enterprise also need to use modern technology, advanced concepts and scientific methods to manage information, so as to save time, reduce costs, improve efficiency. Management information system is a combination of the computer hardware and software technology to realize the effective organization of data and information, and it is a man-machine system that interact with the user. The management information system application in the enterprise management, will help employees to get rid of the traditional repeated work, save time, and realize the office automation, also will help managers organize the work reasonably, auxiliary analysis and decision making, realize the management informationization.First, this paper introduces the purpose and significance of the management information system application in the enterprise, and the concept, structure, characteristics and development prospects of management information system. Then expounds the related knowledge such as J2EE, struts2, Spring, Hibernate, design patterns and refactoring technology and framework. Next, designs the whole business architecture of enterprise administrative management information system, and system internal architecture and each layer such as control layer, business logic layer and persistence layer. In addition, designs and realizes the enterprise administrative management information system of administrative comprehensive, vehicle management, safeguard, and system management modules, and solves the concurrent problem in the development process. Finally, designs and realizes the access management module, based on RBAC96model has been improved and applied in the system, for the system security access and enterprise information security provides a good guarantee.The server side of the system using J2EE technology platform as well as the Struts2framework based on MVC patterm combined with the Spring framework and Hibernate technology for intergrated development. The main characteristics of the system is that using the struts2framework to realize the separation of business logic and interface and reduce the system coupling, using Spring’s powerful applications and flexible framework, applied to the bottom of the system platform, Using Hibernate technology to realize data mapping between the Java objects and relationships, and provide flexible business logic, and avoid the repetitive operation on the database of the developers, thus reduce the workload. Therefore, the system can not only realize office automation, but also has the characteristics of flexible, easy to maintain and extensible.
