Design And Implementation Of The Platform For Regional Health Work

Tianjin Public Health Information Center was established in2010and before that,the Eleventh Five-Year Plan has not been implemented. The development of all themedical institutions was uneven and they cannot share data with each other. Becauseof this, the information silos are more common and make it difficult and inefficient tomanage the subordinate agencies as well. A large number of comprehensive datacannot be used effectively. To solve these problems, Information Center started toconstruct the work platform to achieve the data sharing and use the related servicesand management during Twelve Five-Year. Based on full investigation of the regionalhealth, this paper mainly to complete the work in the following aspects:First, before the construction of the platform, we investigate the informationsituation of all the current agencies. Based on that, we determined the goal of thisplatform and the technology and standards we need.Second, the overall architecture proposed regional health platform design. Fromthe perspective of an overview description of the key issues of this platform,summarize and draw use case diagram of the system, as detailed below design basisand guidance from various angles.Third, the design of the platform. This paper demonstrate the system separatelyform the overall platform architecture, every functional module, database, securityand other aspects.Fourth, the implementation of the platform. According to the content of thedetailed design, we complete the related work, including hardware, software andnetwork environment, etc. Then we show some results by interface.This paper describes the overall implementation process, and focus on systemdesign to analyze the key and difficult problems. The realization of this platform willmake the medical data that can be integrated and shared through the city. Base on this,the application and management to serve people has a great influence on thedevelopment of regional health information and would enhance the medicalinformation level.
