With the rapid development of Internet technology, the level of healthinformation has also been considerable improvement. However, the health careindustry in China still exist many problems, such as the waste of medical resourcesand health care inefficient and expensive costs and so on. The resources of mosthospitals, health departments and regulatory agencies are scattered, and thephenomenon of "islands of information" is serious. Therefore, information sharing isthe inevitable trend of development of health information at home and abroad, anemerging medical service platform for regional health information sharing platform isproposed to solve the issue of this series. The front-end-processor system is animportant nexus part of sharing platform, and its performance directly affects theoverall operation.This paper is the actual development project from Hunan Yuan Ming TechnologyLtd, and the project name is regional health information platform construction basedon health record. This paper’s main job is to build a front-end-processor system basedon JMS. Existing JMS product features can not fully meet the needs of the front-endsystem, therefore, the paper proposed a new C_JMS system based on JMS1.1specification.First, this paper discussed the relevant technologies of the sharing platform athome and abroad, then detailed the role and position of the FEP. The system isdeveloped as software engineering requirements, and trying to ensure system safetyand reliability, stability, and standardization. Through in depth analysis of thefunctional and performance requirements, the overall design scheme of the FEP isproposed. The FEP includes four key modules: data collection module, datastandardization module, monitoring and management module and FEP interface. Andthen completed the detailed design by using a layered architecture thinking.Secondly, the paper present a C_JMS system based on JMS1.1. Because there arenot uniform specifications and standards, message-oriented middleware are directedat a specific distributed system using a specific protocol and interface, so MOM andits applications can not be interoperable and portable. The JMS form SUN is designedto unify a variety of MOM system interface. The paper discusses the MOM and JMSspecification, including the JMS message structure, message transfer mode and avariety of the JMS API model. Above the basis of the theory put forward this C_JMS architecture, the system has three parts: the client layer, the communication layer andthe server layer, and then the each component is described in detail and to achieve.In this paper, The FEP system is researched and developed by using theMyEclipse7.0tools in the J2EE platform, and has successfully tested. The test resultsshow that the FEP system have a reasonable design and stable performance, theC_JMS system enables better interaction between FEP and sharing platform.
