During the21st century，The industry of transformer Manufacture is facing thedevelopment trend of globalization, better educated and informatizationknowledgeable and information, the competition is increasingly fierce between theenterprises. ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning）integrated fully enterprise resources,It improved the management efficiency and level for enterprise, and improved theeconomic benefit and competitiveness for enterprise. ERP system has been usedwidely by so many transformer manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad.The thesis discusses the features and functions of ERP system, and then analysisand compare the application status of ERP between the domestic and foreignenterprise, it points out the necessary precondition before the ERP project will beimplemented by enterprises. The thesis put forward the necessity regarding structureERP for transformer manufacturing enterprises via analysis construction situation ofinformatization in this industry, and it also integrates KingDee K3\ERP project fromMDEXX company, analysis in detail the current statues of management for MDEXXcompany, point out the key malady in the material planning management, cost controlmanagement, production and quality control and supply chain management. On thesebase, designed and optimized the work flow for MDEXX, involves supply chainmanagement optimization and standard cost optimization and so on，then formulatethe fulfillment planning and implementation processing for MDEXX ERP project. Italso provides the MDEXX ERP infrastructure, base on above workflow to designoptimized functions and workflow regarding5subsystems such as standard costmanagement and purchasing management.Finally, thesis introduces the secondary development project, it bases on popularbarcode technology and wireless technology at home and aboard. The secondarydevelopment and ERP master system are integrated organically, implemented theautomatic SCM.
