In recent years, the technology of the Internet of Things developed rapidly, which is becoming one of the significant pillar industries to promote the economic development. Meanwhile, correlative technique in the field of automatic identification is becoming more involved in different aspects of the supplies allocation. Among the numerous technologies of automatic identification, bar code recognition and RFID recognition are used the most frequently in people’s daily life. Relative to RFID recognition, bar code recognition is much more flexible and convenient with lower cost of production. Moreover, bar code recognition is more easier to be used in the process of supplies allocation. In this thesis a supplies allocation system based on the two-dimension code recognition technology is designed and implemented. Through collecting the two-dimension tag information of the supplies, it is feasible to obtain the information of supplies, to process the storage and put-out-storage for the data and to achieve the real-time management for storage of supplies. In addition, other relevant information generated in the process of allocation can be managed as well through the routing management. In this thesis, firstly, the history and development of the supplies allocation system technology is reviewed. Secondly, the advantage of application of the two-dimension code recognition technology in supplies allocation is discussed. Then, the business process of the supplies allocation is analyzed through the approach of software engineering, and a supplies allocation system consists of both hardware and software subsystem is designed and implemented. To be more specific, hardware subsystem is used to collect the two-dimension tag information of the supplies while software subsystem for the data processing of the information obtained from the hardware subsystem. A circuit module, which connects to the software subsystem by Serial or Ethernet port for data exchanging, is also designed according to the demands of the two-dimension code collection device. On these bases, detailed design for specific hardware modules is carried out and the function two-dimension tag information input realized. In the next step, based on the study of QR code procedure and coding stancards of this supplies allocation system, the QR coding software which is applicable to this system is designed. In addition, by analyzing the implementation process of the tree diagram recursive algorithm and the optimization of tree diagram generation algorithm for the information list of the software system, a rapid tree diagram generation algorithm on the basis of coding structure is accomplished. Finally, based on the study of bar code identification technology and other key algorithms, a software business system is designed on the bases of Delphi 7 platform and Access 2010 database. This system is able to accomplish a complete process of supplies allocation information from origin collection to storage, and finally to the outbound process.
