The mobile value-added service has become a strong business growth point of thetelecom operators, with a rapidly expanding market scale. On the high speednetwork, data business such as video had become the main application of theinformation industry. Smart phone business is directly related to the developmentof domestic mobile operators in China, as well as experiences of their customers.Mobile Market (referred to as MM) is the core of the growth of the databusiness, being a key role in the terminal application system of mobile phones. Thepresent study on MM business mainly focuses on various data service subsystems,and yet tends to ignore relevent materials and/or information in relation to the bearingfunctions between MM service and Mobile Information Service Center (referred to asMISC).Based on the related rationale of MM operation system, the daily operationexperience and the design of corresponding functions of Tianjin Mobile MISC system,this paper looked into the feasibility of achieving the functions of MM system onMISC and the demand of the mobile data service.The functional optimization and the business processes of the MISC system werealso extracted and summarized in this paper. Additionally, this paper illustrated theimplementation workflow of authenticating the current MISC system on MM servicesand founding its security domain by offering detailed solutions and correspondingtrials.
