Visual data mining technology is a technology that develops useful informationby data mining algorithm from data warehouse or database. Then it displays theinformation in diagram which is easy to be understood. As an intersectionaltechnology of multiple subjects, the visual data mining technology has become thekey researching subject in the field of computer technology. Its application prospectis wide, and it is widely concerned by academic world and industrial world. Thispaper applies visual data mining technology into the fault test of the optimization ofmany chemical processes and manufacturing process. The main research contentsand results are the following:1. The chemical producing process is complicated, chemical device is diversity,and data of chemical producing is complicated. Building mathematical model in theprocess to research its mechanism and the traditional way, like optimized production,are not suitable any more. Therefore, it developed online stable optimized system,tdbACS, on the basis of the original DCS control system. The system is developedfor the establishment of equipment model for the company.2. Optimization of chemical production and improving production rate willbring economic benefit to the enterprises and improve the enterprises’competitiveness. This paper applies visual data mining technology into purificationdevice of three pagodas pressure swing absorbs methane and test device of biomassfluidized bed oil. Main technology specifications which affect the optimization ofthe device shall be found out respectively to analyze the data and gettwo-dimensional plane map. Comparing the verification sample and test sample willget the visual data mining technology to instruct the optimization of chemicalproduction technology.3. Operation period of chemical device is long. Fault probably takes place onany link of the device. Fault rate is high. The fault shall be summarized, formingfault base assembly. Consequently, in chemical production, fault can be checked online. The paper applies visual data mining technology into the absorption, analysisand purification device CO2and H2S. The fault shall be supervised by the change ofbulb location in the figure of flow, temperature, pressure and CO2.
