With the continuous development of Electronic Commerce Technology, computer technology, media technology, communication technology and the Internet continuously melt into the business activities, so the business activities of the paperless and informatization got generalized to a certain extent, and a new type of trading patterns followed them with constantly changing. In order to reduce the intermediary link between farmers and consumers, circulation and consumption costs, vegetables information sharing can be achieved, and the mechanism of vegetable market can be improved, the public service function will be perfected. So business communication with the customer’s electronic commerce mode achieved in technology deserve people to explore, In order to make the biggest use of the existing vegetable base, better provide millions of people in Changsha with safe vegetables, we can optimize the "vegetable basket project" from the perspective of network informationazition, build "Changsha’s green vegetables networked information system", and set up a credible, dynamic and efficient information communication platform between citizens and vegetable products.The main system adopted the Java programming language and MySQL database development, and the JSP page was deployed in the Tomcat7.0 server with good expansibility and high security. The system general structure has many advantages, such as good stability, high efficiency, forming re-usability and cross-platform, etc. The system is divided into two modules:foreground and background services. Front-end service module functions include members of the online registration and log in, product online browsing, online ordering, the query of the basic information of the products, etc. And the function of the background service module included product information management, customer order management, customer information management, news management, etc. The research and development of the system was used big data analysis technology, through analyzing data, such as the customer choosing vegetable varieties, quantity, number, etc. It was concluded that the customer’s preferences, purchase behavior and demand trends, real-time adjustment scheme and targeted recommend vegetable products; the WEB 3D technology was used to display the vegetables products in 3D and enhance the vegetables product visual effect and appealing.The information system achieved the connection of the third-party payment platform in interface, and convenient to make payment. In the terms of safety, the member login and registration password authentication mechanism is used, to a great extent, which prevents registration machine by malicious attacks. At the same time, the core functions of the system page got tested and optimized, and the system reliability has been further improved.In this paper, the research and development of the network information system of Changsha’s green vegetables promotes the development of agricultural e-commerce, broadens the existing vegetable sales channels, reduces the agricultural product sales of intermediate links, to realize vegetable information sharing, improve the mechanism of vegetable market, and perfect the public service functions, provides a real-time, efficient and convenient channel.
