Lifting mechanism has become a major equipment of handling material in industry. Themost important indicators of these devices is safety, smoothly and efficiently. Theperformance of lifting mechanisms directly affects the construction progress of the site.Thetraditional way of lifting mechanism to control multi-use and multi-speed AC motor or motoris using the methods of winding resistance string methods to start and accelerate. Due to thecomplexity of manufacturing process, and the way of that multiple frequency control of motorto change speed switch is impingement, the shock for both mechanical and electrical is great,and leading to frequent failures. With the development of inverter technology and widely usedin the motor control system,the inverter design based on vector converter can achieve aneffect similar to a DC motor speed control, and dynamic and static performance is better. It iswidely used in the lifting mechanism of the governor on the system.There are many programs of vector Frequency Control System, which have their ownadvantages and disadvantages. They include that the based on vector control of the statormagnetic field, the magnetic field of the rotor based on vector control, air-gap flux vectorcontrol and slip frequency control. The most commonly used is based on the rotor flux vectorcontrol, mainly due to its easy implementation, super dynamic and static speed performance.In this paper, I analyzed several vector control programs, and selected the betterperformance of the rotor flux oriented vector control for the design center. I analysis of themerits of the motor mathematical model and coordinate transformation ideas on this basis,and devised a new model voltage model flux observer which based on the current-and-voltagemodThis paper also designed the main circuit design of the entire system, the relevant circuitdiagram DSP control board and the driver board and the main program and developed a flowchart of the interrupt vector control system program. And made a detail description of themotor parameter self-learning algorithm and under-voltage protection fault, and compensatefor dead for a detailed description.To solve the safety performance requirements of particularity lifting industry, especiallyin the river Electric of lifts special inverter platform, this paper designed brake brake-specificfunctions, brake closed-loop detection and constant power speed function. And build motorsfor drag test rig and site features practical experiments to verify the feasibility of the program,reached the respect result.
