The21st century, the rapid development of power electronics, computer technology, makes the chip and a lot of microelectronic devices has made great progress, the progress made and speed sensorless induction motor digital control system of research and development also got great progress.Paper first to the development of ac motor frequency control of motor speed in recent years made a review, this paper introduces the development of several common without speed sensor and actor bad point. Then mainly introduced several kinds of three-phase asynchronous motor under different coordinate system mathematical model. This paper expounds the basic principle of rotor magnetic field orientation.Then, this paper first introduces a based on back emf method of the speed sensorless vector control of induction motor, tells the story of this kind of method of some theory and introduced a controller parameter setting method of the design principle of the engineering, And then constructs a in MATLAB/Simulink environment based on the BEMF algorithm of speed sensorless induction motor vector control system simulation results are presented to verify the performance of the BEMFThis paper then introduces another algorithm without speed sensor, the extended kalman filtering algorithm, introduces the development of the extended kalman filter, the thought process and algorithm. Then using MATLAB/Simulink built based on extended kalman filter (EKF) vector control system, the simulation results demonstrate the good perfomiance of EKF, at the same time, it points out the shortcoming of EKF.Last experiment is partly based on Renesas RX62T chip microcontroller system, through CubeSuit+software compiler environment, and the writing of the modularized program, the EKF to join must participate in vector control in the application framework. The experimental results is good, illustrates the EKF algorithm is feasible.
