Abstract/Summary:
Tilting the converter is the key of the Converter control system which Related to product quality and production safety.The traditional tilting system was drived by DC motor.This control system uses the logic of free circulation of DC speed control system.This is a way with high failure rate;Moreover,the control of the point of view was not a good solved. These problems often caused by a variety of accidents.In view of this situation, the paper proposes improve the voltage-rotor flux estimation model. In the basis of the tradition ways, We replace the original adaptive control system with a fuzzy neural network with on-line learning ability. Made a method of motor speed estimate which based on fuzzy neural network. This system meet the control level of the DC converter system, the Control structure is simple and easy to implement. It provide a new way to address similar situation.This article first described the characteristics of the converter steel-making process and The current situation, as well as a number of issues in converter tilting.The second chapter discusses the induction motor mathematical models,the coordinate transformation ,the vector control of the basic formula and the rotor flux method. A third chapter to fifth chapter is devoted to the principle of Fuzzy neural network control. Based on the researches above,the sixth chapter presents a neural network based on fuzzy induction motor speed estimation.At the end of the article we conducted a simulation of this fuzzy neural network estimated speed of induction motor vector control system and the results of it show that the system has good performance.
