But recently, the biddingsystem with weak extensibility and portability is only for a specific user group, as cause a lotof bidding system disappeared but the basic process repeated. That waste human, material andfinancial resources.The thesis is based on the general formal process of bidding process and use J2EEframework to develop a general online bidding system.The system mainly includes the four roles: administrator, bidding, tender and bidevaluation experts. To ensure the safety and stability of this system, the administrator canlimit operation of the other roles, audit announcement and project. The tender publish projectinformation, the bidder take part in bidding and the experts evaluate the bidder with its file.And discussed the realizing method of main modules of the system. That make the mainlyfunction of this system more suitable for the bid activity.
