With the rapid development and popularization of e-commerce,many enterprises bidding business began to adopt the way of online bidding quotation.Tender offer online has solved the geographical barriers,improve the resource allocation,make the market supply and demand both sides can more efficient link.In addition it is conducive to reduce procurement cost,shorten the procurement cycle,the whole process of monitoring,enhance the transparency in procurement,can regulate the bidding procurement process.My company previously with the aid of a well-known domestic third party procurement platform for bidding quotation.But there are bidding related business systems can't connectivity,not for the company to optimize the disadvantage of specific business requirements.Two data landing on bidding business operation efficiency and quality of causing very bad influence.Comparing various solutions,custom development company own bidding price system is the optimal solution.This article to my company procurement tender offer system as the research object,research in the related system development present situation at home and abroad,in view of the company's procurement needs to develop a set of tender offer management system.In this paper,work content and research results are as follows:(1)By adopting the method of system requirements analysis,investigation and the carding company bidding business process,accurate access to all users all the functional requirements of the bidding system.Through UML to build the corresponding use case diagram,completes the software system development and design of initial preparation.(2)Combined with the current company informatization construction situation and the mainstream information technology environment,carries on the system architecture design.System adopts B/S mode,with the aid of the Linux operating system,the PHP programming language,MySQL database to develop various functions.(3)Establish a logical model of management system,online bid and then on the basis of the logical model,design of database table structure,program implementation system.(4)Through a test case on the system functions to conduct a comprehensive test.According to the scheme of in this paper,the design and development of online bidding quotation system has formally putting-in-service proactively,implements the Internet bidding quotation.The system and fully integrated procurement business,improved the quality and efficiency of the procurement bidding inquiry business.
