The Design And Implementation Of Employment Management System Based On J2EE

With the development of society, the progress of science and technology, the form of employment of students in vocational colleges is becoming more and more serious. As the employment situation is becoming increasingly fierce, the traditional face to face to find work mode has been unable to meet today’s needs, there must be a fast and accurate platform to connect the school, students and enterprises/units. This system provides a good platform for the employment management of Vocational Colleges and employers. The main purpose of this paper is to obtain employment management system in a vocational college. To reduce the complexity of the school employment management, but also to provide a reference for other colleges and universities in the future development of the corresponding employment system.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the research on the employment management system of vocational colleges, discusses the development situation of the domestic and foreign employment management system and the development prospect of the employment management system, and the organizational structure of this paper. At the same time, the paper introduces the technical requirements of the system development, including J2EE technology, JSP technology and SQLserver database technology. System in the development process to demand analysis as the foundation, take the idea of modular design, the role and function of system was divided in detail, made clear the main function module of the system, including the role management module, student information management module, recruitment information management module, student contract management module, school report management module, alumni management module etc.. With the existing technology, the system structure and each function module are designed, the main function modules of the system are described by using activity diagram and sequence diagram, and the database is designed. Finally, using the J2EE framework of the Oracle Corp to design the system, the background of the Microsoft Corp SQLserver2010 database to support, to achieve the whole system function development.This paper realizes the employment management system in vocational colleges, and it will be convenient for the employment of a vocational college to improve the employment management system.
