Along with the power industry reform continued to deepen, the market price ofcoal, the haze weather is getting more and more serious, the thermal power generationenterprise competitiveness, energy saving, environmental protection pressure,production and management situation is grim. This requires the enterprisemanagement more scientific, fine, information systems need advanced, scientific astechnical support. Fuel management as one of the main content of the production andoperation of power generation enterprises, fuel costs accounted for the entire cost ofpower generation80%. In order to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises andcompetitiveness, it must be in the fuel management of tapping the potential synergies,must avoid fuel procurement, acceptance, settlement and other management in theprocess of human intervention and cheating, must be scientific blending coal to reducecoal consumption, the only way to reduce costs, environmental standards, improve.profitability.In this paper, the need for fuel thermal power enterprises intensive, meticulousmanagement, analysis and design of intelligent comprehensive fuel control integrationinformation system. This paper surveys the current situation of domestic and foreignsimilar system, detailed analysis and description of the intelligent control system offuel demand, using the UML of the use case modeling, process modeling and datamodeling on demand, on the whole system goal, architecture, function, key modulesof the detailed design, provides the analysis and design of intelligent fuel total controlsystem.The system will be J2EE/SOA, networking, laser scanning, differential GPS,three-dimensional imaging, image recognition, infrared radio frequency, highfrequency wireless communication, multi frequency acoustic measurementtechnologies are combined, according to the C/S and B/S using the properties of thesystem combining the architecture model and ORACLE10G database, divided intoautomatic sampling package control subsystem, fuel management information systemwith the fuel supervision information system. Internal and external data sharingsystem, transfer, exchange, recognition and seamless docking, to establish thecovering planning, procurement, transportation, sampling, sample preparation, testing, settlement, supplier evaluation, data checking, digital, intelligent coal blending,statistical analysis and assistant decision-making for coal fuel intelligence throughoutthe life cycle of the tracking, recognition, positioning, control, management, andsupervision in one of the overall control system. The system has advanced, practical,scalable, innovative, interactive integrated features, the final realization of powermanagement of enterprises, enhance efficiency, energy saving, environmentalprotection and enhance the competitiveness of ascension.
