Thermal power plant fuel management information is an important part of the fuel management, which has many kinds of information and a large amount of information. In order to improve the management of fuel information,this paper by thermal power plant fuel information management research and analysis, designs a fuel information management system, but also designs the data tables which store information in the database. The system achieves a paperless fuel information,management, and reduces human intervention. It improved the speed of information transmission.This design of thermal power plant fuel management information system realizes the rights management when the user logs in. It consists of the following six modules: the user management, the vehicle information management, the coal management, the coal-field management, the laboratory information management and the coal sample management.Through in-depth study and understanding of the thermal power plant fuel management information systems, analysis of the shortcomings of the existing B/S mode thermal power plant fuel management information system, taking a actual power plant as an example, this paper designs and implements a fuel information management system based on data-driven B/S mode. Compared with the existing fuel management information systems, this system takes full advantage of data-driven technology. It can make the thermal power plant information in various forms and diverse forms. This system is easier to maintain and manage, comparing with other fuels B/S Mode management information systems. This system is a safe, reliable, efficient and practical fuel management information system, and it greatly improves the level of automation of power plant fuel management. SVG technology is based on XML language, so it can be seamlessly embedded into HTML-based B/S structure. Using SVG technology to handle the data diagram shows, the dynamic display of the process makes the system more attractive, but also allows users to intuitively grasp fuel information.
