Design And Implementation Of Health Resources Data Management System Based On MVC Pattern

Information of medical care as well as the level of its management is closely related tothe development of the whole nation and the improvement of people’s living standard. Withthe development of information technology, science of computer and network has found itsway into every industry and is now playing a more and more important role in all aspects ofsocial progress and development. People use advanced information technology to establishhealth resources data management system to improve the timeliness, accuracy, and the abilityto share and analyse valuable health information. It will promote the development of healthindustry. Exchanges of information between medical treatment units happen more and moreoften after the reform of health care. It needs a management system immediately which isbased on network technology to connect all medical and management institutions organicallyinto a whole. It will be convenient for communication of information and will make sharinginformation resources with each other come true. According to the rules of our nationalstrategy, we should make full use of technology of database, network, and system integrationto build up database management system of medical care resources and realize the functionof data acquisition, storage, integration, exploration, processing, analysis, sharing,exchanging, managing and servicing. We are trying to develop database, set up basicplatforms and make them perfect, while we are developing the standard rules.To lick all theproblems above, we conducted a demand analysis, and put forward the realization of designand implementation of health resources data management system,which is based on MVCPattern.In this paper, the main research contents are as follows:Firstly, we introduced the background and the current situation of health resources datamanagement, and explain the J2EE technology and Struts, Spring and Hibernate combinationframework in the article. Secondly, we conducted a demand analysis to the health resourcesdata management, and made a detailed description of each function module of the system.Based on the demand analysis, we designed and optimized the database of health resourcesdata management system, and used the SSH framework to develop the implementation ofeach function module of the system. Finally, according to the rules for testing software system, we made tests to it, and the final test results met the requirement of demand analysis.We also mentioned some inadequacies of the system, which is to be consummated in thefuture.Our system can not only meet the environmental protection departments’ needs for basicbusiness managements, but can also solve the problem of information isolated island throughweb services, and meanwhile, makes it possible to share data.
