Through the system information acquisition module design and implementation, under the control of J2EE development framework layer technology, the client technology and the system adopts three-tier model described. Focused on the WEB application architecture, struts framework, components, and layered technology, then the whole function of the system architecture analysis and design. Modules include:maintenance of basic information, basic health information collection, medical information is written to the system, import medical information file to the system, investigation of psychological testing, collecting death due to illness.The system has been applied in some university. It's very useful for the teacher who will get mental and physical illness. The effects of health of certain preventive and warning have a good achievement. If we had known who will sick, we can use this system to eliminate the health risks.
