Driven by the rapid development of the computer and the economy,now the taxmanagement system has developed to a mature stage. However, the cooperationbetween subsystems of tax information has many problems, such as informationasymmetry. The processing of data becomes not accurate and inefficient because oflarge amount of data. Decision-makers are difficult to make effective decisions in thissituation.get the information. Decision support systems generate for solving datamanagement,efficient data access and data mining,etc. Use decision support system inthe tax management system could help decision-makers effective make decisions.Now the tax management system combine with the decision-making system hasbecome a hot topic.In this paper, from the perspective of the design and application of taxmanagement decision analysis system make discuss and analysis, discusses theproblems faced by the tax management system, and analyzes how to merge thedecision support system and tax management systems. In this paper, adoption thefunction of combined theoretical analysis with actual projects. Theoretical discussionand analysis is mainly from the technical level of decision support systems, and thecombination of theory and practice can be easier to understand.This paper first describes the requirements and architecture of the taxmanagement decision analysis system. Then introduction in details of datawarehousing, online analytical processing and data mining techniques, and describethe actual application in tax management decision analysis system. At last concludesthe advantages and disadvantages of the tax management decision-making system.The tax management decision analysis system is mainly composed of three parts:data warehouse, data mining and online analytical process. In this paper, the datawarehouse is based on public data platform,the public data platform is establish offour sub-platform:data integration, data analysis, metrics management and datamanagement platform to support data warehouse functions. Public data platform is thefoundation of the entire system data, support for online analytical processing and datamining. Online analytical processing (OLAP) technology is mainly used to organize and analyze the data. In this paper provide the design of OLAP server architecture inthe tax management decision analysis system, this service architecture can efficientlyaccess and analyze data in the case of multiple data sources. Multi-dimensional DataModeling and multi-dimensional analysis is the main part of OLAP.This paperdescribes how to perform multi-dimensional data modeling and multi-dimensionalanalysis. And then gives example of the tax management decision analysis system.Data mining is a new emerging technology in the age of explosive growth in theamount of data, found useful information for decision-makers in large amounts of datais the key of this technology. This paper had discussed four data mining algorithms:decision tree algorithm, clustering algorithm, correlation analysis and factor analysis,and gives actual examples of the application in tax management decision analysissystemCurrently, some parts of our country have begun to use decision support system inthe tax management system, but the general theory and practical application are notperfect. With the deepening of the data warehouse, OLAP and data miningtechnology, the decision support system in the tax management will be more perfect,have important role in supporting decision-makers make decision effective. Thispaper discusses how to combine the decision support system based on datawarehousing, OLAP and data mining techniques with tax management system, thesystem can provide a good support for decision making by managers in the taxactivities. This paper provides a reference for decision support systems in the taxmanagement application development.
