With the in-depth Social Electric Reformation in our country, today' s electric system is difficult to adapt to the requirement of the socialistic economic system. So the Electric Reformation becomes more deeply when the Electric Industry grows in a high rate. During the reformation, most of the enterprises should change their former way to win in the market. That is, they would like to build a modern electric management system to improve their productivity and the level of information utilization. It is doubtless that building a Computer Assistant Management Information Systems of electric system is the best choice for them.Considering the importance of the electric information, most of the enterprises have founded their own information management system, such as the remote ammeter reading system. But the accumulative information is not full-utilization. It is very important to improve the utilization percent of the electric information if the enterprise wants the more benefit.In order to make use of the mass information and to provide the decision support information for managers, we put forward a scheme of establishing a Decision support System of Electric Information Management: First, build a Data Warehouse of Electric Information;Second, do various complex analyses of the electric data, such as the trend of the charge, by making use of OLAP (on-line analytical Processing) and data mining;Finally, build the Decision Support System to support the managers. Then, we also build an expert diagnosis system of the ammeter connection in PDA system. It provides a quick and remote diagnosis method to the remote ammeter reading system.
