Vocational Journals’ Dilemma And Breakthrough Under The Background Of The Media Convergence

ABSTRACT:New media based on digital technology brings to the traditional print an earth-shaking "shock", although the impact of vocational journals is relatively small for professional reasons, but this kind of impact should not be ignored,"lurking peril""and "short board" exposed. The author thinks that bring both opportunities and challenges, the digital technology provides the opportunity for media convergence.It will the ways of breakthrough the dilemma for vocational journals.To do this paper,I take Admen magazine as example and do a recearch to Admen magazine from2014.7to2015.5, to understand the overall operation, their own advantages, and dilemmas of Admen magazine. This paper argues that vocational journal will still be an indispensable route for transmission in the future, it should embrace the new media as soon as possible according to their actual situation.It should open the mind, build O2O mode, and innovate business model, through the complementary advantages between each other, the vocational journal can realize the cross-media integration, and get a wider development space.
