Many major telecom operators need to build a large business collaboration portalnetwork when they constructing their information systems. The goal is establishing aneasy to manage, easy to maintain and easy to expand cooperation network. Incooperative office system, employees, managers, suppliers, contractors, and manyother stakeholders need to share information and to complete the works or tasks andreceive profit. During practice, however, with the increasing complexity of applicationsof business systems, data interoperability between systems gradually increased, thelinks between the various systems becomes complicated. At the same time, due to theissues of architecture of cooperative office system software, making the developmentprogressive of the aforementioned problems out of control, it not only increases the costof maintenance of various enterprise applications, more importantly, as the variouscomplex business details, strong coupling the system is not adaptable and leads to aseries of accompanying problems, such as maintenance difficulties, or can not add newfunctional modules, integrating data of multi-module is difficult, affecting the normaloperation of enterprise information. The current widespread use of enterprise software applications are built as EnterpriseApplication Integration (EAI) framework, which contains a series of technical servicesand middleware constituted, EAI ensure enterprise systems and applications servicesintegration. Service-oriented architecture (SOA) is a specific way of EAI. SOA, inessence, is a kind of system components design patterns. Different units in SOAapplications can be abstracted as services, software services firmly places interrelatedinterface mode. SOA can establish a low coupling, high flexibility, high scalability, data sharing architecture, and also improve software reusability and reliability.Enterprise Service Bus (Enterprise Service Bus,ESB) realizes SOA in engineering, canbe useful for businesses in building intelligent infrastructure. ESB service reducescomplexity, and improves the reliability of the various technologies, protocols and applications integration of existing enterprise information systems. In this study, with the way of gradual deepening, we explore the feasibility ofusing ESB technology to realize SOA in the transformation project in phase2ndof a largetelecom company, and construct its suppliers/employee collaboration network. We alsogive the detail of analysis of ESB in the specific needs of technology, such as therobustness of the interface compatibility between old and new systems, and web pageservice subsystem planning. The goal of this study is practical application, firstly,we conduct a detailed needsanalysis, and ESB as each sub-application information link, complete SOAarchitecture, and give an overview of the design and the detailed design of the system, the system for each transformation links is also described. Secondly, the planning andcompletion of a number of ESB middleware, its fundamental demand two things, theones is, fitting a variety of communication protocols between the old and the newsubsystems, another one is, the completion message routing between differentsubsystems. Fully considered in the design of the access problem adapting heterogeneousplatforms of multiple subsystems, the HTTP-based point to point communication, migration to XML-based message connection.Meanwhile, based on the facet that needing to be improved by the telecom operatorscollaborate in phase1st,and related operational business processes, modification plan isgiven for detailed design phase. We also consider the scalability and maintainability ofour portal system, and our work provides a strong guarantee for health and permanentoperation of system.
