Research On The Construction Of Real Estate Project Risk Management Information System For AH Company

With the development and application of project management on a global scale, aswell as the profound changes brought about by the era of knowledge economy and thefierce competition brought about by the wave of information technology, project riskmanagement has been an increasingly prominent position in the enterprise. In recentyears, the real estate industry, an important industry of the national, got in trouble bythe series of policies published by our government. As a set of economic, technicaland management comprehensive integration of social activities, teal estatedevelopment project has different kinds of uncertainties. For the purpose of creating astable and orderly environment, it is necessary to carry out the full life cycle riskmanagement. In order to make the items real estate project risk management depthand orderly, to normative risk management methods and processes, to realize thewhole process of risk management, a real estate project risk management informationsystem has been taken out in this paper. This system fully realizes real the estatedevelopment process of risk planning, identification, analysis, response andmonitoring functions, by combining network database collection and sharing of riskinformation. By the implementation of this information system, we can make thecomplicated risk management procedures become an information technology,avoiding one-sidedness and unity of the subjective factors, making the real estateproject risk management decision accurate, efficient and fast.The main research contents include: First, Combined with the actual real estateprojects and relying on the theory of project risk management, we carry out a detailedanalysis of the risk management processes and organizational forms in the real estatedevelopment process. Second, making a connection between the system theory andthe actual investigation, this paper makes a multi-faceted summary of the real estateproject risk management information system and the system requirements. Then,based on computer network technology, we make a functional designing of real estateproject risk management information system through Visual Studio and a databasedesigning through SQL Sever. At last, we verify the feasibility of the system functionand effectiveness with the actual project risk management.
