In recent years, with the development of Internet, e-commerce business showedexplosive growth. Online transaction volume of Taobao, Jingdong, Amazon increaseddramatically.In order to maintain and expand the volume of transactions, the e-commercecompanies released their online transaction interface to the online stores that are using theirmarketing platform. The stores can analyze and use their transaction data. This entire processnot only increases the sales of the stores and secures the customer loyalty for the stores. Butalso drives the ascension of the total transaction value for the e-commerce platform. Althougheach e-commerce platform has a large number of online stores, a lot of online stores are stillat the stage of manual workshops on many aspects, such as marketing and delivery logistics.They are lack of software tools or systems to help them alleviate the work intensity, reducethe threshold of the marketing experience; In addition, although the release of the onlinetransaction interface facilitates the availability of transaction data to the online stores, most ofthe stores are still lack of the experience and existing conditions to use these data. At present,reasonable and effective use of these transaction data to enhance the online stores’ sales hasbecome the urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, the design and development of a feemonthly paid marketing system software which is suitable for the e-commerce platform, havesignificant meanings to the stores that are lack of IT experience and marketing experience.The thesis introduced the system development background and the state-of-the-art ofthe domestic and foreign related system and analyzed the business requirements of Taobaoversion Dake intelligent marketing system business, elaborated the problems that need to besolved by the system. Through the analysis of the requirements of the Taobao version Dakeintelligent marketing system, the system architecture, deployment, workflow, systemfunctions, data structure are designed. The design applied B/S system based software as aservice (SaaS) mode, used service oriented architecture (SOA), developed J2EE technologybase WEB pages and SQL Server database management system. The system was mainlycomposed of the following five function modules: marketing management function, automaticreminding function, member management function, sales data analysis function and my Dakefunction. The system realized the automatic acquisition of transaction data, automaticextraction of membership information, automatic classification of the membership levelsaccording to the rules of classification, automatic updates of the members’ transactioninformation, import of the member contacts, visualized display of the transaction sales dataand intelligent marketing plan recommendation and reference, SMS/MMS/email three inone marketing executive, marketing effect feedback, automatic expediting and logistics remindind, bad review alarm, after-sales care, automatic store goods extraction to the mailtemplate, flow recharge and consumption details and other functions.The realization of the system designed in the thesis has been successfully operated formore than a year. It has accumulated more than3000users and more than500of them areactive users, which reached the preliminary development purpose. The development andapplication of the system reflects the current marketing system’s requirements direction:automation, informationization and intelligence. It improves the stores’ sales, reducesoperational personnel’s work load and learning pressure. The system also makes themarketing and membership management of the stores more efficient, more systematic andscientific.
