With the advancement of technology and the emergence of the mobile Internet,people spend more and more time surfing the Internet on their mobile phones.Marketing information has gradually flowed from the PC side to the mobile side,and the form of information flow has become more and more diversified and fragmented,and the flow of goods has appeared in many new forms of e-commerce.Therefore,more and more companies have begun digital transformation.These companies attract a large number of customers through a series of rich marketing activities on the Internet,and major Internet companies have also mastered a large amount of user data in the process.However,under the traditional marketing model or advertising delivery model,companies can only feel the visibility of one marketing investment to convert users,and they have no perception of those motivated but inactive users.This problem makes the company unable to properly measure and evaluate Every marketing activity.In order to solve the above problems,the paper designs and implements a brand crowd asset marketing platform based on big data.This system is based on the AIPL consumer journey model.According to the user's behavior data,users are divided into 4layers,namely recognition-A,interest-I,purchase-P,and loyalty-L.The consumer journey model means that consumers are at the mental stage of the brand.In the process of continuous deepening,the first two stages help the brand enhance its brand power,and the latter two stages help the brand enhance its sales power.Based on the business characteristics of enterprise users,the thesis completed the demand analysis of the system,determined the technical plan and technology stack,completed the system architecture design and functional module disassembly analysis,and finally realized the three functional modules of the system,crowd distribution module and crowd circulation.Modules and custom trapping analysis modules.The system adopts the B/S three-tier architecture,and the back-end services and functional modules are independently developed and deployed.The overall system architecture includes the display layer,the middle layer,the service layer,the online storage layer,the offline computing layer and the offline storage layer.The system has been officially put into use at present,and the overall operation is in good condition.At present,it has provided more than 500 brand users with technical support for the accumulation of crowd assets.Enterprise operators,data analysts and corporate decision makers can use the platform to conduct corporate crowd insights and conduct more accurate and efficient marketing activities,which is tens of millions.Users provide services.
