The Design And Implementation Of The Scientific Research Management System Of Zhuhai College Based On The UML Model

Scientific research management is an important part in university management. Along with the rapid development of knowledge economy and information network technology, to realize an informatized, networked and standardized scientific research management in universities has become an important symbol measuring a university scientific research level and management level. The construction of scientific research management system of Zhuhai college is based on the UML model, with the aim to achieve the change from traditional scientific research to the networked management model so as to establish the an informatized scientific research system and Research Information Center, which helps to achieve the systematization, high efficiency and stabilization of this dynamic management system. This paper demonstrates the scientific research of Zhuhai Collegewhich serves for the faculty of the Department of Scientific Research, assisting the college leadership to grasp the current situation of scientific resaerch and play a decisive role in it, therefore, it provieds more help for researchers and a more effective management.The subject research comes from the research, design and implementation o f the scientific research management system in Zhuhai College. This paper focuses on the construction of colleges scientific research management systems analyzing the current situation of the development of the system, expounding the significance of the construction of scientific research management system. The analysis of the system is based on the idea of UML model. According to the principles of the design, the present author grasps the whole design and divides it into modules of scientific research system. The system mainly achieves modules including personnel management, departmental management, scientific research personnel, research awards, academic management, scientific research management module to boot. Through the system platform, researchers can process academic exchange activities, understand the research status and trends in various fields, and broaden their own vision. At the same time, researchers can submit research projects online, review the research and oudit online. The system also provides a scientific research administrator as well as permissions settings, system settings, and security function. In the aspect of implementation, it focuses on the core part of the interface display system, which displays display system testing and shows the whole process of research and development of scientific research management system.This research uses B/S architecture, UML modeling, combined with ASP.NET technology and SQL SERVER2008R2database to finish the system development and construct Multilevel User Management Model based on the system. The establishment of the system of scientific research management model and the improvement of the scientific research projects helps to achieve the management model, helps to achieve a set of scientific research management system which benefits to all faculty in colleges, and also provides reference for other colleges a scientific research system.
