This thesis bring forward a dynamic, intelligent, real-time community personnel positioning technology scheme. And it describe how to fix the personnel positioning system in uptown buildings detailedly.This paper takes the community personnel positioning system as the research object, based on the research results at home and abroad, comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages of various wireless location technology, put forward a solution to realize the community personnel positioning using ZigBee wireless positioning technology. This paper mainly introduces the hardware system, software system, installation and testing etc. This paper presents a clever installation design, the lamp and the location reference point design as a whole, namely, achieve the positioning and meet the aestheticneeds, saving installation capital requirements. According to the characteristics of China’s distinctive seasons, in order to ensure the accuracy of positioning system in two environment of summer and winter, although it has large temperature difference of two seasons, we choice the military grade RF components to ensure the accuracy.And we doing the highest and the lowest temperature test to ensure the positioning effect. The blind node design for battery powered, by using the vibration switch wakeupcombined timing dormant, timing wake-up technology, design the blind node of the system for low power system, It can maintain a longer working time. According to the community map of horticulture, turf, street, sidewalk layout, in the positioning algorithm combined with real road coordinates, through reasonablerectification, further ensuring the positioning effect. Through the comprehensive use of the above technologies, the community personnel positioning system of this paper has achieved the design requirements, This system had got owners and developers recognized. Through the study of ZigBee wireless positioning system, this paper presents the research community personnel positioning system and implementation plan. By argument and actual test, the system in this paper can meet the general needs of the owners in our country under the environment of four seasons. Through the implementation of the scheme, it can solve the monitoring and management problems of community public areas more expensive equipment, it can solve the problem of monitoring the peoples of that community elderly and mentally disabled self-help in activities within the District, it can solve the problem of attendance and active path management of community security personnel and sanitation workers. So it brought great convenience for the life of the community residents, and reduce the cost of management for the property company. If popular, it will save a lot of resources for the society, improve the production efficiency.
