Real-time scenes often appear in wireless sensor networks (WSN), such as fire alarm, emergency rescue, the key target tracking, etc. These applications for high requirement of real-time data, hope data to reach the monitoring center in the transmission within the time limit, so that the user can make real-time analysis and take timely measures. According to the analysis of the current domestic and foreign research and the factors which influence the real-time data of WSN, a major factor influencing the real-time data is the time delay in the process of transmission. And routing protocol, good or bad, will directly affect the data transmission delay, which has become a key factor to measure the real-time.This paper mainly research on the real-time routing protocols in WSN and designed a kind of clustering routing protocol based on real-time constraint which mainly contains clustering algorithm, queue management of cluster-head nodes and route selection among cluster-head nodes. The clustering algorithm is optimized according to the LEACH algorithm. The cluster head election stage introduces residual energy related factors, and the stable transmission stage introduces the hybrid communication strategy of the priority to improve the TDMA time slot allocation mechanism. Queue management of cluster head use scheduling strategy of packet based on priority. The route selection among cluster-head nodes need to consider the transmission rate and packet priority, and then choose the optimal next hop node to reduce transmission delay of each jump. Through simulation, the average transmission delay of CRPR.TC is smaller than LEACH. The transmission delay of important data and data with higher priority is smaller. And the energy consumption of the nodes is relatively less, to a certain extent, the life cycle of the network is extended.Based on the routing protocol, this paper designs a system of real-time data acquisition and application. The system model and framework is proposed, and this paper mainly realizes real-time data application through Android. It contains the design of the background database, Web Service implementation and query optimization and so on. At last, the application of real-time data display is really realized at the Android terminal.
