As the popularization of network application at present, the area of control systems and factory automation requires highly performance of of QoS. But as the unwarranted or uncertainty of data transmission in the traditional Ethernet it can't provide fit quality of service (QoS) for these areas. So, traditional Ethernet can't directly supply in industrial controlling field. Basically the real-time protocol and real-time Ethernet could resolve these problems because they could improve the real-time performance, network resource utilization and stability of network, it is of important significance.However, lots of researches are focusing on the performance optimization, which is also concentrating the system part. There is no related study about the real-time Ethernet itself and there is no mathematical modeling and quantitative study in references. The paper analyzed the QoS routing problem about RTnet based on Multi-objective programming algorithm. After the measurement of parameter which impacts the QoS performance of RTnet, such as delay and jitter. We can get the consolution: the Multi-objective programming algorithm can improve the performance of QoS routing problem of RTnet. Furthermore, the mechanism of real-time Ethernet working is described based on the RTnet and the real-time performance and dependability optimization facing for the traditional Ethernet is also proved. Some parameters such as transmission delay and its jitter, etc which could have impact on the network quality of service (QoS) are analyzed and the regression analysis is firstly adopted in the multi-parameters QoS about real-time system. The linear modeling between performance parameters of influence on QoS and period as well as the time slot in the TDMA real-time method is built through QoS measurement.The influence of varying different parameters of network and nodal loads on stability of the real-time Ethernet is respectively discussed about the performance of QoS of the standard Ethernet. Very little influence of load on real-time Ethernet is given by analyzing the transmission delay and its jitter of network. Various loads can't influence network performance. The problem of QoS successfully solved by real-time Ethernet and real-time communication protocol is shown.At the same time, the traditional description on difference value of parameter jitter is its arithmetic mean value when describing network QoS. It can't display the similarity of arbitrary two groups of data and the data stability mathematically. So the difference value of parameter jitter about performance of network QoS uses quadratic deviation instead of arithmetic mean value for the description of network performance. And the mathematical formula of the model among these variances, TDMA time slot and TDMA period are also got by the multi-element regression analysis. The regressive analysis method has a parameter which used to check the model made by this method is valid or not, furthermore, the parameter got from the model less than the parameter value offered in the regression analysis, so this model is also validated.The study results in this paper are of important theoretical value and application foreground for solving a lot of complex QoS guarantee problem in wide application of the real-time system such as telecommunication and controlling area and it could also be applied in these areas.
