Research And Implementation Of Employment Information Model Based On Data Sharing

Information sharing is a fundamental requirement of enterprise information management, thus a standard and complete information sharing model is the key of the enterprise information management and business systems operations. Currently there are many decentralized business systems in field of employment, and the problem of data redundancy and inconsistency is serious, so an employment information service platform to across different systems becomes a major requirement, with a standard, full employment information model to facilitate information management and data sharing as premise. Among several mainstream information model, the shared information model SID raised by NGOSS is more mature and standardized. But SID used in telecommunications field, yet in other areas for research. Therefore, how to propose a generic model for sharing information in the field of employment needs more study.Firstly, based on the idea of sharing information and data, the paper su mmarizes the characteristics and general business needs in the field of em ployment, and then optimizes the model, proposes the modeling method o f shared information model applied in the field of employment, including the steps of modeling and design patterns. The paper then abstracts emplo yment-related business process framework E_eTOM, and proposes the co mmon shared information model ESID in the area of employment, which converts process framework to a specific and refinement model. ESID de scribes and analyses the business processes via subject domain, business entity, attributes as well as entity relationship and gives each model part a detailed UML legend. Finally, ESID model is practiced in specific emplo yment information service platform, which converts the logical model int o physical model, builds the data dictionary, and opens the metadata man agement function, including data query interface and information manage ment capabilities.Aiming at the problem of information silos in the field of employment, the paper proposed the employment modeling method based on SID model, and established a general employment information sharing model ESID, realized standardization and normalization of the employment process and information management. Finally, the ESID model is applied to the employment information service platform, and effective solved the problem of employment system information exchange, and met the needs of data integration and information sharing between different business systems, and ultimately realize the "worker-centered" information management.
