It is getting more and more important for us to research the active vibration control of large flexible space structure. The control strategy should be supported not only by the theory but also by the experiments so we can apply it successfully in engineering practices. Therefore, the design and implementation of experiment system for active vibration control of flexible structure is introduced in this paper.The experiment system is composed of a vibration control module based on DSP, a vibration control module base on PC and a motor servo module based on DSP. Both hardware and software of these three modules are discussed on Chapter Five and Chapter Six in this paper.A charge amplifier is developed based on the conditioning circuit analysis and design of piezoelectric patch sensor and works well with 8 outputs in the experiment system.A high voltage power amplifier is also developed based on the driving circuit analysis and design of piezoelectric patch actuator and works well with 6 outputs in the experiment system.A powerful monitoring software of the control system based on PC is developed and helps us a lot in the experiments.
