With the rapid development of science and technology in the field of aerospace and weapons, The ground test equipment plays an important role in the development of weapon systems and aerospace equipment. At the same time,the requirements of information collection and transmission speed of the ground test equipment is more and more quickly, the amount of information is increasing much faster than what we expected.how to acquire The various test parameters efficienttly and presicely,which is in order to Provide a basis for improvement of the project development and design,will effect the success of the ground test.One of the key technologies of data collection and transmission as the monitoring object, is an important way to obtain information of the original R&D personnel.Data acquisition technology has been widely used in various fields of industrial, medical, transportation, communication etc,And proposed higher requirements in high speed, instantaneity and stability.In this thesis, according to the demand of project launching environmental testing instrument, I design a high speed transmission of large amounts of data acquisition system.The system uses DDR2SDRAM as the cache of large capacity data and adopts the latest USB3.0interface as the transmission part,the hardware design and software design are introduced in detail in this article.Data acquisition system based on USB3.0interface in accordance with the function of the hardware can be divided into four parts:The first part is the power supply circuit of the whole system,the second part is the data acquisition circuit based on ADC,the third part is the central control circuit based on FPGA,The fourth part is the data transmission circuit based on USB3014.On the basis of the hardware design, in order to achieve the functional requirements of each part of the system, i have designed a system software which include the design of FPGA logic program and the host computer software and the development of the firmware of USB3.0interface chip.The feasibility of the design has been verified by the system hardware testing and performance testing.I has carried on the summary about the work and improvement at the end of the article.
