With the development of modern industry and scientific research, the requirement of real-time data acquisition and recording is more and more high.High-speed real-time data acquisition and recording system plays a more and more important role in the field of measurement. Conventional data acquisition and recording equipment always be designed around CAN, USB2.0, PXIe interface, with the rapid development of USB3.0 bus, due to the advantages of fast transfer rates and plug,USB3.0 interface be widely applied and promoted in the high-speed data transmission field.Therefore,it has a certain significance to study a high speed real-time data acquisition and recording system based on USB3.0 interface in the domestic market.In this paper,aiming to achieve high-speed data transfer and high-capacity storage technology, in-depth study mainly from the following aspects:1. Data acquisition module design. Analog signal through data acquisition module conditioning, conditioned output signal is converted into digital signal, high-speed real-time digital signal is buffered by buffer module to obtain data to be recorded.2. Research of USB3.0 interface technology. based on the common bus comparison and research, we chose USB3.0 bus as transfer bus, this paper depth analysis of two implementation schemes of USB3.0 interface. and finalized using USB3.0 interface dedicated control chip CYUSB3014 to achieve USB3.0 data communications. Not only depth study of the development based on the chip firmware programs,but also focuses on the design of the synchronous slave fifo interface, and logic control design of USB3.0 interface.3. Demonstration of data storage scheme. This paper analyzed data storage module four kinds of implementation, comparison of these four programs, and summarize their advantages and disadvantages, and we ultimately determine to use of RAID disk array storage technology as the data storage technology of this project, and completed high-speed real-time data storage through setting up a RAID disk array.USB3.0 high-speed real-time data acquisition and recording system of this topic has achieved to base functions including high speed acquisition,high speed transmission and real-time storage.and we have achieved a single-channel real-time sampling rate of 100MS/s,data transfer rate is greater than 200MB/s.and the high data storage capacity and real-time storage are realized through RAID disk array.
