In order to monitor and storage AFFS signal of the whole penetration test, and analyzewhether AFFS has completed the setting control of ignition in the best time, this paper putsforward and designs a missile-borne AFFS signal storage system. This AFFS signal storagesystem belongs to the category of missile penetration storage research, it is used to monitorand storage AFFS signal, and can achieve the acquisition and reliable storage of multi AFFSsignal under the high penetration overload, restores and analyzes signal data after therecycling of test.The AFFS signal storage system consists of acquisition card, memory card, battery andsecond power, it can achieve acquisition and data frame, package and storage of4AFFSanalog signals, a fuze state signal and voltage signal of the missile power, and has functionslike lithium battery charging management and changing power when power down during thepenetration.This paper firstly describes the research purpose and significance of the subject, thenresearches the current development of the missile-borne storage technology, and comes upwith the forms and implementation plan of AFFS signal storage system according to the ideaof modular, combined with the technical target of acquisition and storage. It also introducesthe hardware circuit and software design of the system, and importantly discusses andanalyzes the key technologies like multi acquisition and data frame, reliable storage, ECC,ANSYS simulation of mechanical structures, anti overload protection in the application. Afterthat, it achieves the function test and target proving of the storage system by using thesynthetical test machine to make up a signal closing loop test system with the AFFS signalstorage system. Finally, the paper summarizes the design of AFFS signal storage system, andmakes a future outlook of the shortages and places need to be improved.Currently, the AFFS signal storage system has consigned, and has applied to a missilepenetration test, and obtained the entire signal data of AFFS successfully.
