A kind of knee diagnostic extension instrument was designed and it was compact,highly precise,easily used for operation training and Haptic Rendering modeling. It was test that the action for penetration,crab,cutting could be performed.It was simulated by using beams of constant strength and stepper motors for the penetration process of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in diagnostic knee joint minimally invasive surgery,in which the real operation data of virtual surgery was recorded. The curve of continuous load versus time data for ACL was obtained and the average slope was stable,the penetration force was increasing with velocity. It was simulated by using beams of constant strength and stepper motors for the penetration process of heart valve in minimally invasive surgery,in which the real operation data of virtual surgery was recorded. The date can be used for calculate soft tissues material properties applied in computer simulation. The curve of continuous load versus time data for heart valve was obtained and the turn of the emergence of wave crest and wave trough was obvious,the penetration force was increasing with velocity. The date can be used for calculating soft tissues material properties applied in computer simulation.A kind of force modeling method was draw and analyzed by means of energy exchange and status change and the method for estimating biology material rupture strength and force-strain relationship in visco-elastic deformation...
