Six Sigma is a management philosophy and methods respected theory in the system of modern quality management. There is a wide variety of statistical analysis software for the implementation of Six Sigma project for data analysis is used in the market. But these software are either high quality of personnel in the process of using the requirements or data analysis machine pressure is relatively large. In this case we need a method can reduce the burden of data analysis work and efficient data analysis.This paper analyses the Six Sigma quality related mathematical statistics knowledge points. We extraction the common points what estimation and testing always work on, design and implementation of workflow are studied, then the workflow technology will be applied to the Six Sigma quality analysis software design for Six Sigma to form an integrated analysis system. In this paper, the content and innovation points are as follows:Firstly, In this paper, based on the study of the Six Sigma quality analysis of commonly used mathematical statistical method. The statistical methods were compared to extract the common points:The parameter types commonly used in mathematical statistics method, the forms of the data to analysis, the form to output the results. Provide the basis for business analysis of the theoretical framework for workflow implementation, as the direction of the work of workflow and workflow instance after the establishment of the work provides a theoretical basis.Secondly, A workflow process for six sigma process planning data analysis workflow technology, the data of Six Sigma quality analysis tools as the application reference program for instance process calls appear in the workflow in the scene. In this structure, for a variety of statistical tools, only need one time of development they will be added in the system, for the different six sigma analysis routines can be created and then saved as a workflow instance. This can make the system has good scalability. For there is no pre mathematical statistics and six sigma tools to analysis routines can be added at any time when it is developed.
