With the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises are facing more and more pressure. In order to provide customers with high-quality products and service, more and more managers gradually focus on integration of different advanced management theories which can reduce cost as well as improve efficiency. The integration of "the speed of lean" and "the quality of Six Sigma" is a typical successful case. Although Lean Six Sigma emphasizes speed, quality and full participation, but it does not involve the essence of staff management. That is how to let the staff be most willing to participate; how to make employees more active in various quantitative process and abstract rules, so as to make the idea Lean Six Sigma sunk into the hearts of the staff. In this way, the employees can carry out the Six Sigma management theory from a master angle, which will probably result in efficiency improvement, quality guarantee as well as value creation.This paper focuses on the problems above. First of all, the theory of the Lean-Six Sigma and the New Sense of Ownership is reviewed. Secondly, this paper analyzes their characteristics, compares their advantages and disadvantages, and researches the necessity and feasibility of the combination of the theory of Lean Six Sigma and the New Sense of Ownership. Thirdly, this paper conducts the system research and overall design through a garment enterprise as the actual case to prove the the feasibility of the integration of Lean Six Sigma and the New Sense of Ownership. Finally, on the basis of the actual case, we analyze the functional and non-functional requirements in detail, and use UML modeling method to achieve the overall system design, database design and interface design. To apply the prototype system to the empirical study.
