Design And Realization Of The Embedded Recorder Based On ARM

Recording instrument is a kind of tools for testing and recording industrialproduction data, and it is an important recording instrument in modern industrialautomation system. The traditional paperless recording instrument is influenced bythe running speed and Flash capacity leading to the slow speed of processing andinquiring data and be unable to store large amounts of data.At first, this article determines the deign scheme of the whole structure of recorder.And then design the recorder host hardware circuit that ARM is as the processingcore. Through the Linux operating system, it can write the application software ofcollection, storage and GUI. Design the function board with STM32as theprocessing core, including universal input board, voltage current board and alarmboard. Finally, through the PCB production and mechanical shell design realize theprototype of recorder, then the recorder was tested, and the test result shows that therecorder runs stably and fits the design requirements in this article.The recorder in this article has a lot of advantages, such as flexible configure-tioninterface, password management, easily maintaining and upgrading of the applicationframework and so on. Base on a single file of sqlite database to store data, throughthe SQL statement to realize fast and efficient query historical data. Recorder uses ahigh-speed and high reliability CAN bus serial communication way to achieve dataexchange between the host and the function board. Recorder uses plug-in hardwarecircuit structure to improve the adaptability of collect various types of sensor data.Host and function board communication protocol allow recorder extend otherfunction boards. Interface uses curve, data, tables, bar graphs to display real-timedata from the function board.
