With the rapid development of the economic globalization and information technology, the modern logistics is rising in the whole world ,which is generally thought as "the third profit source" except for reducing material consume and raising labour productivity. How to realize rationally effective management of the logistics for the enterprise ,thus to improve enterprise's competitiveness is the important problem that enterprises face. Utilizing information technology , combined advanced logistics management thought is an important way to realize enterprise 's logistics management effectively .This paper ,based on the First Period Project of CAD/CIMS in Qingshan Indus.Ltd.Corp., present the layout for the First Period Project of CAD/CIMS in Qingshan Indus.Ltd.Corp.,. Through the study on the thought of ERP and logistical management ,combining with practice of the enterprise, this paper present the architecture for the logistical management information system based on ERP, which includes function architecture ,software architecture and network architecture. To the software design methodology ,this paper adopts the model-based system design methodology for logistics management information system through the analysis of software engineer ,database technique and the design technique for application software. Based on the analysis of requirement for logistics system, combining with model-based design methodology ,the paper present the analysis and design of all sub-system for logistics information ,which includes process model ,data concept model , data logic model and user interface. Furthermore, the paper researches the current status of production scheduling research and present ant colony algorithm for the Earliness / Tardiness Scheduling with single machine based on the Penalty rule .This paper introduces the process of the algorithm which is realized by software. The simulation result proved the convergence speed of the algorithm is quick. And the algorithm has beneficial influences to solve the production scheduling.
