Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System For Changji Prefecture In Xinjiang

At first, the article describes the concepts and develop goals of coordination work platform, and then designs the system with general design, system security, and detailed design. At last, the key programming code and test cases are introduced. In software test step, the user interface test, performance test, and compatibility test which effect user experience are focused. The system is categorized into system management subsystem, document processing subsystem, task management subsystem and paperless office subsystem. System administrator manage the whole system using system management subsystem, including department management, system configuration and user management. Employees can use document management subsystem to work automatic, such as, document processing, query, and statistics. This system improves the office efficiency greatly.To strengthen the information technology and promote the wide application of information network technology, this system implement the office automation. In order to improve the efficiency and service level authority, reduce administrative consumption, improve the efficiency of government, improve the efficiency of daily office work and improve government operation mechanism and improve emergency dispatching capabilities, the system provides the necessary technical means and application security.
