In a large-scale iron and steel enterprises in the iron and steel enterprises, gas is an important by-product and main fuel, gas waste is directly related with the iron and steel enterprise cost. Taiyuan Iron and steel company current gas system in large scale, the old and the new system of parallel operation, production can supply equipment has complex structure, long flow, gas supply unit dispatch disperse, can not fully grasp the gas production, supply, use of information, it is difficult to realize gas process control and reasonable allocation, balanced production, informationization, automation level is low. Gas supply and serious waste phenomenon, which increases the energy consumption of enterprises, but also restricts the development of the iron and steel industry. This article in view of the current existence of such an urgent requirement to develop the monitoring system of gas in TISCO.The gas production, transmission and distribution system, outsourcing, the use of business process of the investigation, and according to the future20000000tons production scale considerations, design implementation using B/S and C/S combination, the function uses the data acquisition, real-time monitoring, data released three layers architecture, using MOSAIC as the real-time database Oracle as the historical database established gas monitoring system. The system includes data acquisition, alarm, historical curve, remote control, scheduling and data dissemination six big modules. Gas monitoring and management work is carried out by using this system, the balance of supply and demand enterprises gas reached relatively good state, effectively to achieve energy-saving emission reduction, reduce costs, improve enterprise economic and social benefits, the rational allocation of large industrial enterprises and optimize the use of gas to play a guiding role.The contents of this paper is based on, using object-oriented design methods, the development of monitoring system of gas in TISCO, realize gas dynamic balance, reasonable scheduling, to reduce blast furnace gas diffusion; power station remote control, unmanned; achieve the energy-saving emission reduction, the purpose of safe energy supply.
