The rapid development of information processing and network technology, the computer in each industry becomes necessary. Through the use of computer and Internet, which improves the working personnel’s working efficiency, but also can reduce the mistakes in work, easy to save the data. Finance is the core of modern economy, banks are the main body of the modern financial system. The development of banking informatization level, usually represent the development level of informatization of national economy. Bank for the analysis and management of customer behavior is not only a kind of management idea, or for a new management mechanism, improve the relationship between enterprises and customers. The development of modern information technology and Internet technology, modern bank customers in the bank management and analysis system, make full use of the information on the basis of its existing customers, understand the value and target customers looking for yourself will play a great role in promoting.This paper chose the customer information system Chinese Postal Savings Bank branch in Shandong Province as the research object, through mining the customer relationship management and data analysis system, customer management of Postal Savings Bank branch in Shandong province how to integrate information technology with the combination of marketing decision, customer relationship management system design of the postal savings bank branch in Shandong province. The postal savings bank to grasp customer resources through the collation and analysis, mining potential clients, while retaining the existing customer resources, so as to ensure and expand the market share of the bank, bank executives to making correct decision. This article from the system demand analysis, the thesis starts with the functional requirements, through the comprehensive analysis of system data, combined with the characteristics of the data, the specific data requirements of the system arrangement; secondly discusses the system architecture design and interface design, database design, the solution includes the overall architecture of the whole system; once again discussed the design and the application of the system interface design and the final solution, and discusses the realization of customer management subsystem. In this paper, the algorithm based on C4.5algorithm, the design and implementation of customer relationship management system of Postal Savings Bank branch in Shandong Province, through the analysis of the different parts of the system are discussed in the system, each part of the postal savings bank to extract the demand of CRM, complete the system according to the need to develop. At the same time, because time is short, there are still many aspects have not been fully into account, the late work for completion.
