With the economic globalization, networking and the financial liberalization, banks in the increasingly fierce competition. The commercial banks have already realized, the bank in order to keep the competitive advantage, we must focus on the customer resource competition, but competition customer resources, must to get real-time information of the customers through the establishment of customer relationship management system, data mining technology is one of the key technologies of the implementation of customer relationship management theory. Through the data mining technology can analyze many dimensions of customer information, to find the hidden, on the banks of help in decision-making knowledge and rules from the large amount of customer data. Provide difference so as to the different needs of customers of financial services, so as to retain existing customers, potential customers and ultimately improve the profitability of the bank.This topic through the customer relationship management and data mining theory and methods, analysis of the bank customer relationship management how to integrate information technology with marketing strategy combine, develop a set of management software CRM, the software can realize the automatic management of the bank to the customer, and find out high-end customers, thus enhancing the profits of banks, and provide reliable data support for the bank decision makers.The subject in the C4.5algorithm design and development of customer relationship management system as well as a detailed discussion of the various modules of the bank CRM system, showing a scientific and complete implementation process, but in view of the limitations of the subjective and objective conditions, many aspects of not yet in-depth. According to the actual needs of the business, this project developed the system can analysis customer data and accounts information, proceed more complex data mining, provide an analysis to the bank managers.The system has been put into practical operation. Through practice, the system can effectively explore the target customer, improving Banks’ risk prevention and control ability, promote the development of banking business.
