Enterprises have been concerned and sustomer relationship management system,has a significant effection the development of enterprises.Customer relationship management system, management science, information science, system science, modern communication technology and computer technology, can solve the problems faced by enterprises or organizations.how to realize the multi-channel sales and service integration, unified management, requires a complete set of customer relationship management theory and technology to improve customer satisfaction, improve customer relationship, so as to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises.The actual management of the system is based on An hui zhuke company customer is prepared, for convenience of clients business enterprise and customer relationship information query and management work and meet the needs of different levels of management of all kinds of information demand, therefore,This system to Visual Studio2010as a development platform, based on the C#ASP.NET design the user interface, using SQL Server database of2005construct the system safety, at the same time using ado.net realized, the persistent object data, ADO.NET is a group of realizing the client to interact with the class library data source. This paper described the system by the underlying configuration module, customer management module, employee management module and customer service module, a total of four modules such as group.. The overall structure of the system based on the three-layer framework Web, divided into the presentation layer, functional layers and layers of data, it increases the security and reliability of the system, and make the system has good expansibility.
