Design And Implementation Of Integrated Management Of Oil Transport Scheduling Platform

With the rapid development of the global economy and globalization, logistics has been playing an essential role in contributing to the growth of the economy, and it has been booming significantly in China within the past few years. Chinese Oil Group is fully aware of the significance of modern Informatization of Logistics Management and will certainly plan to integrate it into the future oil transportation system.This purpose of this article is to address the scheduling difficulties and low efficiencies in the Liaohe Oilfield Oil Transportation Enterprise by conducting a detailed analysis on the company’s performance followed by a thorough research on the "Integrated Oil Transportation Scheduling Platform". Based on the full studies of the key requirement on the project implementation and the structure of the current business model, Liaohe Oilfield Oil Transportation Enterprise partitions the function subsystem. Based on BPR theory, multi-agent system model, and the use of the C/S structure, the data warehousing technology solved all kinds of complex issues on the oil transportation business information flow and exchange. In the process of system research and according to the software development workflow, this article interprets the thorough analysis on the requirements of the oil transportation scheduling system, the process of designing the corresponding function module, and the use of algorithm and theory to develop practical functions that meet the requirements of the desired oil transportation scheduling system platform. The application of this system makes the existing transportation more standardized and efficient. This system has been put into trial operation, the results showed that the system is performing well, reliable operation, easy to use, improves the efficiency of the oil transportation scheduling and utilizes the use of resources. The result meets our expectations.
