The development of economical globalization, brings the broader market forenterprises. However, there are many logistics enterprises still adopt artificial processinglogistics problems in the goods scheduling, which often lead to the high cost of logistics,reducing of enterprises’ benefit. The logistics information can effectively reduce the laborcost, improve the efficiency of enterprises. Service Oriented Architecture(Service-Oriented Architecture, SOA) provides a new software development framework,and different functional units of the application (service) are contracted with well-definedinterfaces. This makes the construction of such systems in a variety of services can interactin a uniform and universal way. The features,such as reusability,loose coupling, platformindependence and open standards, make SOA a very popular development model.Windows communicational foundation(Windows Communication Foundation, WCF) is asoftware development platform based on Windows development and deployment of theservice pack. WCF simplifies the development of the associated application through a newprogramming model a service oriented to. Through a layered architecture, WCF cansupport a variety of styles of distributed application development. The new unifiedprogramming model provided by Microsoft for building Web-based services, SOAarchitectures and distributed applications has strong interoperability, flexibility, scalabilityand manageability, greatly simplifies. NET platform enterprise application developmentand is an outstanding representative of distributed computing.Aiming at the specific demands of a logistics information management system,through the logistics scheduling process analysis, this paper uses the WCF service-orientedapproach to system design,which effectively improves system flexibility, scalability, canquickly respond to changing business needs and greatly improve the developmentefficiency. It is proved in practice that this system has some practical significance andapplication value.
