With the rise of online shopping, and the expansion of the electricity supplier scale, leading courier companies continue to develop. Logistics and express industry is reasonable optimal scheduling is an important aspect related to the delivery of enterprise efficiency. Using scientific, rational and effective way to focus on optimizing scheduling optimization express industry, which is also courier companies working for. And the most important in the express industry link in the path of the vehicle scheduling is formulated. The formulation of the vehicle routing quality also determines the size of the enterprise cost.Delivery industry logistics optimization scheduling problem is very high computational complexity of the problem, the general exact algorithm cannot meet its large amount of computation. Therefore, in view of the problem studied in this paper, to find asuitable solution, suggest the use of genetic algorithms to optimize the delivery scheduling problem in the logistics industry. First, understand the relevant knowledge delivery scheduling optimization industry, analyzes the current situation research worldwide, the study of the focus and purpose of this paper are described, The related concept of vehicle scheduling problem and the optimization goal, in logistics distribution vehicle scheduling problem of mathematical programming,genetic algorithms and other relevant theoretical knowledge are outlined. Then scheduling problem for the express delivery industry has been elaborated, the mathematical model with constraints. According to the characteristics of the model, the genetic algorithm is introduced. Detail the genetic algorithm optimization of logistics solutions in the delivery industry scheduling problems. Feasibility problem solving with example proves.Finally, consideration for the developmentof enterprises,improve the satisfaction of customers, The introduction of the concept of time window and established a mathematicalmodel,Application of genetic algorithm isused to solve the problem, and the example isthe use of MATLAB simulation, the simulation results show that the use ofgenetic algorithms are fast and convenient, can optimize the scheduling problemfor express logistics with time windows provide decision support.
